Founder & Director
Joel Phillips
MS, OTR/L, CLT
Joel is the Director of Occupational Therapy at the Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Founder of Kasyris Management and Consulting.
He specializes in hand rehabilitation, splint fabrication, dry needling, and lymphedema management.

Charlene Erickson
MS,OTR/L
Charlene graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She specializes in intensive rehabilitation with complex conditions, such as stroke and brain injuries with a focus on adults and geriatrics. The majority of her experience includes inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient rehabilitation for both adults and children.

Sandin Kekic
OTD, OTR/L
Sandin completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and went on to complete his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Michigan. He has worked with children who have learning disabilities as well as those on the autism spectrum.

Lyndsey graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. She also holds a holistic health degree.
She has completed training for Functional Movement Training, Holistic Focus, and Pain Management.

Peterson
MS,OTR/L
Nathalie graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master of Science in occupational therapy, holds a certificate in Holistic Health and Wellness, and is currently completing her second Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling at WMU. She is also a fellow with 300+ hours for interdisciplinary leadership training with the Michigan Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Institute, and participated as a member of I-PEER, an interdisciplinary education in evidence-based practices for behavioral health. Nathalie specializes in working with our pediatric patients.

McKenna Duffy-Mullins
MS,OTR/L
McKenna graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy.
She completed Michigan Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (MI-LEND). Also, is a proud member of the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association
She specializes in Pediatrics with a musculoskeletal focus, Pain Management, and Functional Movement Training.

Sarah earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistance from Jefferson College. She has five years experience in geriatric care and excels at stroke rehabilitation and conditioning.

April primarily works in the reception area of our Alcott location. She makes calls, verifies insurance, helps administratively, and helps guarantee that our patients always leave with a smile.

Victoria primarily works in the reception area of our Alcott location. She manages our marketing efforts, while helping the team stay organized, informed, and prepared.
